Dr. Esmaeili received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John's University, a Medical Degree at Stony Brook University School of Medicine, and an Internal Medicine Internship at Winthrop University Hospital. Dr. Esmaeili completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at UMDNJ-New Jersy Medical School, followed by a Neuroradiology Oncology Fellowship and Clinical Head & Neck Radiology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, plus a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Weil Cornell Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Esmaeili has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neuroradiology at Robert Wood John University and Rutgers University. Additionally, she received the Golden Apple Teaching Award and Edwin Gilmore Foundation Award for her commitment to teaching, research, and radiology education from UMDNJ-New Jersy Medical School.
