Dr. Choudhari completed his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He then finished an internship in internal medicine at Presence Saint Francis Hospital before starting his residency in diagnostic radiology at Loyola University Medical Center, where he served as the Chief Fellow. After completing his residency, he pursued a fellowship in body imaging at Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr. Choudhari is board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and Body Imaging. He has presented at numerous national conferences on topics related to body imaging and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles that have been cited in various journals, primarily focusing on body imaging.
In September 2025, Dr. Choudhari joined CRA Medical Imaging.
