Dr. Khalid earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degrees through Nova Southeastern University’s accelerated seven-year dual-degree program. He did his internship at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, followed by a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology.
Dr. Khalid further specialized his training through a fellowship in Body Imaging at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Khalid is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and brings extensive expertise in abdominal imaging.
Throughout his academic and professional career, Dr. Khalid has demonstrated a strong commitment to service, as he has volunteered with local health clinics and community organizations. He authored numerous publications in abdominal imaging and presented his work at regional and national conferences.
